1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CV Creator Pro, available at cvcreatorpro.com, you accept these Terms of Use in full. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Service Description

CV Creator Pro is an online platform that lets you:

• Create, edit and export professional resumes in PDF and DOCX
• Analyze CV compatibility with ATS systems
• Generate AI-personalized cover letters
• Import data from LinkedIn
• Simulate job interviews with AI
• Manage a recruitment pipeline (Companies plan)

AndaMarca reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features with reasonable prior notice.

3. Account Creation

To use the service, you must create an account with a valid email address. The user is responsible for:

• Keeping their login credentials confidential
• All activity carried out under their account
• Notifying AndaMarca immediately in the event of unauthorized access

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

4. Plans and Payments

The service offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Premium, Companies). Payments are processed by Stripe, a certified payments partner.

• Billing — paid plans are billed monthly, in advance
• Cancellation — you may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period
• Refunds — no refunds are granted for partial periods, except where required by law
• Price changes — communicated at least 30 days in advance by email

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. It is expressly prohibited to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Create false, misleading content or content that infringes third-party rights
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data belonging to other users
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or make excessive automated use of the platform
• Share login credentials or resell the service without authorization
• Introduce viruses, malware or any malicious code

6. User Content

Content entered into the platform (CV data, professional information) belongs to the user. AndaMarca receives a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content for the sole purpose of providing the service.

AndaMarca does not use CV content to train artificial intelligence models.

7. Intellectual Property

CV Creator Pro, including its software, design, templates, logos and brand, is the property of AndaMarca and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution or creation of derivative works without express authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." AndaMarca does not guarantee that:

• The service will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free
• CVs generated will result in interviews or job offers
• ATS analyses will exactly match the criteria of any specific system

AndaMarca's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time via your account settings or by emailing [email protected].

AndaMarca reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to the use of alternative consumer dispute resolution mechanisms.

11. Changes to These Terms

AndaMarca may update these terms periodically. Registered users will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance of material changes. Continued use of the service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
